Step #1 Tear angel food cake into two inch chunks.
Step #2 Strawberry coulis: Combine ingredients in a small pot, bring to a boil, & let simmer for 12 mins.
Step #3 Puree until smooth.
Step #4 Mango coulis: Combine ingredients in a food processor/blender & process until smooth.
Step #5 In a small (2-quart) trifle dish or pretty glass bowl layer 1 1/2 c of cake pieces.
Step #6 Top with 1 c of mango pieces & 1 c of mango coulis.
Step #7 Layer 1 1/2 c of cake pieces & top this with 1 c of strawberries & 1 c of strawberry coulis.
Step #8 Layer 1 1/2 c of cake pieces & top this with remaining mangos & mango coulis.
Step #9 Layer remaining cake pieces & top this with remaining strawberries & strawberry coulis.
Step #10 Spread whipped cream over entire surface & chill until ready to serve.
Step #11 Garnish with mint.
