Sugar-free Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c flax seed meal .
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1 1/2 c oats .
  • 1/3 c honey .
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/4 c sliced almonds

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.
  • Step #3 Combine honey, oil & vanilla extract in seperate bowl.
  • Step #4 Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while sturring.
  • Step #5 Wet hands & press the mixture onto a greased pan, or use parchment paper.
  • Step #6 Bake for 10 min.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven, break up mixture & stir.
  • Step #8 Bake for 5 min.
  • Step #9 Allow to cool completely, then store this in an airtight container.
