Healthy French Toast Sweetie Scramble Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp ginger (optional) .
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon .
  • 1 slice low-calorie bread, broken into small pieces .
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional) .
  • sugar-free maple syrup (optional) .
  • 1 1/4 c cholesterol-free fat free egg substitute .
  • 1 tbsp raisins .
  • 2 tbsps water .
  • 1 tbsp Splenda sugar substitute (to taste) .
  • 3 tsps Butter Buds or Molly McButter

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray a short burst of cooking spray in a non-stick skillet & distribute by wiping it around with a paper towel.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, Splenda, raisins, cinnamon, mix egg substitute, butter sprinkles, & any other desired spices.
  • Step #3 Pour into skillet & cook over med-heat/flame until edges start to look dry & bubbles form on the top.
  • Step #4 Add bread, scramble, & cook to your preferred doneness.
