10-12 oz cooked meat, sliced into thin bite size pieces .
2 tsps cumin .
2 c cheddar cheese .
1 large onion, sliced .
1 red bell pepper, sliced .
1 tbsp hot sauce
Directions
Step #1 In a large saucepan, & then add your salt, pepper, cumin, stirring until cooked half way, lemon juice, heat oil & then add your meat & vegetables, seasoning mix & hot sauce.
Step #2 Finish cooking.
Step #3 In a large skillet over med-heat/flame, spray with cooking spray.
Step #4 Place a torilla in the pan & then sprinkle with a thin even layer of cheese & then on one half a side, place some of the meat mixture.
Step #5 Continue to cook this until tortilla has browned & cheese has melted.
Step #6 Fold in half & cut into thirds.
Step #7 Serve with salsa, cream cheese and/or guacamole.
