Ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 3/4 c non-fat powdered milk .
  • 1/3 c shortening .
  • 1 tbsp baking powder .
  • 2 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450.
  • Step #2 Mix the dry ingredients except for the dry powdered milk.
  • Step #3 Mix in the shortening.
  • Step #4 Add most of the milk then stir.
  • Step #5 Add more milk then knead the dough on a floured surface 10-12 times.
  • Step #6 Form into a ball.
  • Step #7 Roll out the dough & cut unto biscuits.
  • Step #8 Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Step #9 Bake for 12-15 mins.
