Step #4 In a large bowl, mix the sliced plums, 1/4 c of the flour, 1/3 c of the granulated sugar, & the orange juice & toss well.
Step #5 Add the raspberries & toss lightly.
Step #6 Pour into a 9 by 12 by 2-inch baking dish.
Step #7 For the topping, the brown sugar, the remaining 1/3 c of granulated sugar, place the remaining 1 c of flour, & the salt in the bowl of a food processor/blender fitted with a steel blade & pulse a few times to mix.
Step #8 Add the butter & pulse until the butter is the size of peas.
Step #9 Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the oats, & work it with your hands until it's in large crumbles.
Step #10 Add 1/2 c of the almonds & mix well.
Step #11 Spread the topping evenly over the plums, making sure the fruit is covered.
Step #12 Sprinkle top with some extra almonds.
Step #13 Bake for 40 mins, or until the fruit is tender & bubbly & the topping is golden brown.
