Directions
Step #1 Heat broiler.
Step #2 Brush salmon with oil; season this with salt & pepper to taste.
Step #3 Broil, skin-side down, until flaky, about 6 mins.
Step #4 Set aside & keep warm.
Step #5 Meanwhile, make the dressing.
Step #6 Combine 1 1/2 c of the arugula, chives, mayonnaise, orange juice & pepper to taste in a food processor/blender or mixer; pulse until mixd to desired texture.
Step #7 Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Step #8 Divide dressing among wraps.
Step #9 Distribute tomatoes & remaining arugula among wraps.
