Smoked Turkey Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz cream cheese .
  • 4 oz thin sliced smoked turkey (Buddig brand) .
  • 1/2 c finely sliced pecans .
  • 1/2 c dried parsley .
  • 2 tsps liquid smoke

Directions
  • Step #1 Soften the cream cheese & add to a bowl.
  • Step #2 Slice the smoked turkey into small pieces & add to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #3 Add the 2 tsps of liquid smoke to the cheese mixture & form into a ball.
  • Step #4 On a sheet of waxed paper, mix the ground pecans & the dried parsely.
  • Step #5 Place the cream cheese ball in the pecan/parsely mix & cover the entire ball.
  • Step #6 Chill before serving, & serve this with your favorite crackers.
  • Step #7 I like triscuits.
