Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 In a medium bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, flour & baking powder.
Step #3 In a separate, large bowl mix condensed milk & butter; beat until smooth.
Step #4 Stir in graham cracker mixture, mixing well.
Step #5 Stir in coconut & chocolates.
Step #6 Drop by rounded tspfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Step #7 Bake in preheated oven for 7 to 9 mins, or until lightly browned.
Step #8 Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 min before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
