Step #1 Preheat oven 325.
Step #2 Stir flour, baking soda & salt In a large-ish bowl set aside.
Step #3 Beat the butter & sugars In a large-ish mixing bowl 1 to 2 mins until mixd.
Step #4 Beat in the eggs, egg yolks, & the vanilla for about 30 seconds.
Step #5 Scrape when needed.
Step #6 On lowish speed slowly add the flour mixture, mix until just mixd.
Step #7 Mix in Chocolate chips & nuts.
Step #8 With small ice cream scoop make balls, sort of squish on parchment paper lined cookie sheets, space about 2 inches apart.
Step #9 Bake 17 to 20 mins till cookies are golden around edges & the centers are still soft & puffy.
