Healthy Lullaby Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c milk or soy milk .
  • 1/3 c applesauce .
  • 1/4 c honey .
  • 2 c whole wheat pastry flour .
  • 1 tbsp baking powder .
  • 2 large bananas .
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, salt, not muffins), mix the flour (make sure it's whole-wheat pastry flour or you'll produce golf balls, & baking powder.
  • Step #3 In a mixer, puree the bananas; add the applesauce, honey, & milk.
  • Step #4 Blend well.
  • Step #5 Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients & stir until just moistened.
  • Step #6 Line muffin tins with paper muffin c, pour in batter, & bake 30 mins or until tops are lightly brown & slightly springy.
