Creamed Salmon Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz) cans drained smoked salmon .
  • 12 large prepared tart shells or 24 miniature tart shells .
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1 c cream cheese with garlic & herbs (250g tub) .
  • salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Step #2 Place thawed tart shells on a cookie sheet & bake for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Combine cream cheese, salmon, garlic & salt & pepper in food processor/blender & pulse till smooth.
  • Step #4 Remove tart shells from the oven & allow this to cool before adding filling.
  • Step #5 Fill shells & bake for 10 -15 mins.
  • Step #6 Or until tart shells begin to turn golden.
  • Step #7 Store in the fridge.
