Pork With Horseradish-mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps prepared horseradish .
  • 1 c evaporated skim milk .
  • 2 lbs pork tenderloins .
  • 1/4 c stone ground mustard .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine garlic, pepper & salt to taste, rub over tenderloins.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #4 Lightly coat rack of shallow roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Brown tenderloins in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 1 - 2 mins on each side.
  • Step #6 Place in roasting pan on rack.
  • Step #7 Bake 25 - 30 mins or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
  • Step #8 Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
  • Step #9 Heat evaporated milk in medium saucepan over med-heat/flame, stirring frequently.
  • Step #10 Add horseradish & mustard; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is heated.
  • Step #11 Serve over tenderloin.
