Three-way Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps butter .
  • 1 c milk chocolate chips .
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk .
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 c white chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Note: For each layer mix ingredients in a 2-c pyrex measuring c & microwave for 70 seconds on high.
  • Step #2 Remember that chocolate chips maintain their shape even after they’re melted so don’t go by appearance.
  • Step #3 You have to stir them to be sure.
  • Step #4 Line an 8-inch square pan with waxed paper.
  • Step #5 Melt the following together - 1 c semisweet chocolate chips, scant half-c sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsps butter.
  • Step #6 Stir to make sure everything’s melted & then spread it out in the bottom of the 8-inch square pan you’ve prepared.
  • Step #7 Let it sit on the counter until it’s cool & slightly hard to the touch.
  • Step #8 Melt together - 1 c white chocolate chips, scant half-c sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsps butter.
  • Step #9 Stir to make sure everything’s melted & then spread it out in the bottom of the 8-inch square pan.
  • Step #10 Let it sit on the counter until it’s cool & slightly hard to the touch.
  • Step #11 Melt the following together - 1 c milk chocolate chips, scant half-c sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsps butter.
  • Step #12 Stir to make sure everything’s melted & then spread it out in the bottom of the 8-inch square pan.
  • Step #13 Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs (overnight is even better.
  • Step #14 ).
  • Step #15 Then turn it out on a cutting board & cut into bite-sized squares.
