Chocolate Mousse (prevention Mag.) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps cocoa powder .
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 (8 oz) container frozen light whipped dessert topping .
  • 2 c nonfat milk .
  • 1/3 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa, & cornstarch.
  • Step #2 Whisk in the milk.
  • Step #3 Whisk over med-heat/flame for 5 mins, or until the mixture thickens.
  • Step #4 Stir in vanilla, & cool.
  • Step #5 fold in the whipped topping.
  • Step #6 Divide among dessert dishes, Chill for at least 1 hr.
  • Step #7 To modify into Mocha Dream Pies.
  • Step #8 prepare as above adding 2 tsp coffee to the sugar mixture in the saucepan.
  • Step #9 Divide among 6 single-serving graham cracker tart c.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with cooa powder.
