Quick Breakfast Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c rolled oats .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (Light or dark, your preference, You may also use honey, molasses, or maple syrup) .
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 2 c water .
  • 1/2 c fruit (I use raisins or dried cranberries) .
  • 2/3 c nonfat dry milk powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a 8 oz container (e.

  • Step #3 an empty cool whip container works great), mix the water & dry milk until fully incorporated.
  • Step #4 Or, substitute 2 c of milk.
  • Step #5 Add the cinnamon, oats, brown sugar, & fruit.
  • Step #6 Stir to mix.
  • Step #7 Cover up & store this in refrigerator overnight, or use as soon as possible.
  • Step #8 When ready to use, microwave for 1 min.
  • Step #9 Substitute other fruits according to your taste.
  • Step #10 I have used other dried fruits, or you could use a peeled, sliced baking apple.
