Low Fat Blackberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c skim milk .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 2 c blackberries .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 egg white .
  • 1/2 c whole wheat graham flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 & spray a 7"x 9" baking pan.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together well, except blackberries & pour this into pan.
  • Step #3 Place blackberries on top of the batter.
  • Step #4 If using frozen blackberries allow them to partially defrost.
  • Step #5 Bake 45-50 mins, or until dark golden brown.
  • Step #6 Remember this will appear darker than what you may be used to.
