30 oz canned tomatoes & green chilies (Rotel-type)
Directions
Step #1 Process stewed tomatoes, one can Rotel, jalapenos, onion, garlic, & cilantro until it is a smooth (I used a stick mixer so it remained a little chunkier than in a food processor/blender or mixer).
Step #2 Add remaining two cans of Rotel, cumin, the green chiles, oregano, green onions, lemon & lime juices.
Step #3 Mix well.
Step #4 Add salt to taste.
Step #5 Refrigerate or freeze.
Step #6 Best made a couple hrs ahead so the flavors can meld.
