Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps butter .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 1 c fresh tomatoes, sliced .
  • 2 c spinach-flavored pasta shells .
  • 1/2 c onions .
  • 1 (7 oz) can salmon, drained .
  • 2 tbsps fresh basil, sliced .
  • black pepper .
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat butter in a medium skillet; add onion; sauté 5 mins.
  • Step #2 Add garlic; sauté 1 min.
  • Step #3 Sir in tomatoes; simmer for 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Add salmon, basil & black pepper to taste.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  • Step #6 Drain.
  • Step #7 Toss with the salmon sauce.
  • Step #8 Serve.
