1/2 c crumbled blue cheese (or any favorite cheese) .
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds .
12 fresh asparagus spears .
6 tbsps butter or margarine, melted .
12 slices bread
Directions
Step #1 Trim asparagus spears to 6 inches.
Step #2 Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
Step #3 In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese & the blue cheese until well mixd; spread over bread; top this with an asparagus spear & roll up tightly.
Step #4 Roll in butter; place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with Sesame seeds.
Step #6 Bake at 375 degrees for 14 - 16 mins or until lightly browned.
