Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • 1 (100 g) packet chongs fried Chinese noodles .
  • DRESSING .
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar .
  • 1/4 c slivered almonds (Pan fried or Grilled) .
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds .
  • 1 Chinese cabbage .
  • 1/2 c grapeseed oil .
  • 10 shallots .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop cabbage & shallots & place this in bowl for serving add almonds & kernels.
  • Step #2 Mix all dressing ingredients.
  • Step #3 Just before serving place noodles in with cabbage etc & mix in dressing.
