Ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce .
1 (100 g) packet chongs fried Chinese noodles .
DRESSING .
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar .
1/4 c slivered almonds (Pan fried or Grilled) .
1/4 c sunflower seeds .
1 Chinese cabbage .
1/2 c grapeseed oil .
10 shallots .
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Step #1 Chop cabbage & shallots & place this in bowl for serving add almonds & kernels.
Step #2 Mix all dressing ingredients.
Step #3 Just before serving place noodles in with cabbage etc & mix in dressing.
