Montegrappa Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt .
  • 10 oz montegrappa cheese .
  • 3 c heavy cream .
  • 1 tsp white pepper .
  • grated parmesan cheese, for garnish

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large sauté pan, add the 3 c of cream & heat over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Grate the 10 oz of cheese & slowly stir in theto the cream.
  • Step #3 When all the cheese is added, bring the mixture to a simmer for 7-8 mins to thicken the sauce.
