Chicken Jumble Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (16 oz) cans Italian-style sliced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Step #2 Add chicken & saute for about 4 to 5 mins, until lightly browned.
  • Step #3 Add mixed vegetables & tomatoes, reduce heat to low & let simmer for 30 to 40 mins, or until chicken is cooked through & no longer pink inside.
