Ingredients
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 (300 g) package frozen sliced spinach, thawed .
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced .
  • 1 (8 oz) package Knorr vegetable soup mix .
  • 3 green onions, sliced .
  • 2 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Squeeze excess moisture from spinach.
  • Step #2 In bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • Step #3 Stir well to mix.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
