Ingredients
1/2 tsp port wine .
2 (8-10 oz) steaks, sliced .
2 tbsps Stilton cheese .
4 oz butter
Directions
Step #1 Place the butter in a food processor/blender bowl & run until smooth.
Step #2 Add the cheese & wine.
Step #3 Pulse until mixed.
Step #4 Place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
Step #5 Roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
Step #6 Refrigerate.
Step #7 Grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
Step #8 Top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
Step #9 Serve warm.
