Strip Steak W/ Stilton-port Butter Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp port wine .
  • 2 (8-10 oz) steaks, sliced .
  • 2 tbsps Stilton cheese .
  • 4 oz butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the butter in a food processor/blender bowl & run until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add the cheese & wine.
  • Step #3 Pulse until mixed.
  • Step #4 Place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
  • Step #5 Roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
  • Step #6 Refrigerate.
  • Step #7 Grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
  • Step #8 Top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
  • Step #9 Serve warm.
