Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise .
  • 1/2 c roasted red peppers, sliced .
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread .
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chilies (mild) .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Spread on 4 of the bread slices & top this with the remaining bread slices.
