Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (3.3 oz) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 c butter, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt & instant pudding powder; set aside.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar & brown sugar until smooth.
  • Step #4 Blend in the eggs & vanilla.
  • Step #5 Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Step #6 Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.
  • Step #7 Scoop cookies using an ice cream scoop or by heaping tbsps.
  • Step #8 Place cookies at least 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Step #9 Bake for 8 to 10 mins in the preheated oven, until lightly golden.
  • Step #10 Cool on baking sheets for a few mins before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
