Ingredients
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 c cold milk .
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant vanilla pudding .
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant vanilla pudding .
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) package yellow cake mix .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese .
  • 1 oz red food coloring

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Grease & flour cake pans.
  • Step #3 Mix together cake mix, eggs, 1 box pudding mix, water, oil, food coloring, vinegar & cocoa.
  • Step #4 Pour into prepared cake pans.
  • Step #5 Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
  • Step #6 Cool on wire racks.
  • Step #7 Beat together milk & cream cheese.
  • Step #8 Mix in 1 box pudding mix.
  • Step #9 Fold in cool whip.
  • Step #10 Refrigerate until firm.
  • Step #11 Ice cake.
