Low Fat , High Protein, Salmon Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites .
  • 1/2 c fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip .
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic (optional) .
  • 1/2 c panko, to coat patties .
  • 1/2 c sliced red onions .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
  • 1 (16 oz) can pink salmon .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • 1 c panko .
  • 1/2 c sliced green peppers .
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Spice uping

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Form into 6 patties.
  • Step #3 Roll Patties in extra bread crumbs.
  • Step #4 Fry in a nonstick skillet with the Olive oil until brown & crunchy on both sides.
