Deni's Strawberry Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
2 c fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step #1 In a medium mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy.
Step #2 Add condensed milk & whip until smooth.
Step #3 Add lemon juice & vanilla extract.
Step #4 Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly mixd.
Step #5 Pour cream cheese mixture into baked pastry shell.
Step #6 Top with strawberries.
Step #7 Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
