Gluten Free Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps oil .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 1 c bean flour or rice flour, mix .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 tsps baking powder .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c non-dairy milk substitute .
  • 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract .
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon & extract.
  • Step #2 Add egg, oil & milk substitute to dry ingredients & mix until smooth.
  • Step #3 Pour onto a pan or hot griddle.
  • Step #4 When bubbles form in the center, flip.
  • Step #5 Note: If batter is too think add more water.
  • Step #6 Too thin add more flour.
