Saskatchewan Dry Beef Rub Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp black pepper .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (red) .
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 tbsp salt .
  • 1/4 c paprika .
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients well.
  • Step #2 Rub into beef (steaks, ribs or potroast).
  • Step #3 Refrigerate covered for 2 hrs.
  • Step #4 BBQ, Broil, Slow cook, or fry as required.
