Step #1 Heat up your grill.
Step #2 I used a George Foreman grill.
Step #3 If you do not have a grill, you can use a hot skillet.
Step #4 Put your veggies in a bowl.
Step #5 Add olive oil, salt & pepper.
Step #6 Toss to coat.
Step #7 Put veggies on hot grill until they're nice & carmelized.
Step #8 Put your French bread in the oven until it's crispy on the outside.
Step #9 Slice your French bread in half.
Step #10 Place your olives on the bread & top this with Mozzarela cheese.
Step #11 Put under the broiler until the cheese melts.
Step #12 Top with veggie mix.
Step #13 Enjoy.
Step #14 Feel free to customize by adding tomato sauce or a different mix of veggies, etc.
