Chocolate Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c coconut oil (organic unrefined has good fats) .
  • 1 egg white .
  • 1 graham cracker crust (such as Keebler) .
  • 2 1/4 c cocoa powder .
  • 2 1/4 c maple syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 Crack egg white into crust.
  • Step #2 Swirl it around so it covers the whole crust.
  • Step #3 To seal, bake this at 325F for 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Let cool.
  • Step #5 Put cocoa, syrup, & oil in a mixer & mix till smooth.
  • Step #6 (If you have a regular store bought mixer, do it in two batches as it's quite thick).
  • Step #7 Once crust is cool, pour in the filling.
  • Step #8 Chill in the fridge for a few hrs.
