Molten Chocolate Cakes With Irish Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate .
  • 1 tbsp flour .
  • 1 tbsp irish cream .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 8 tbsps irish cream, divided (optional) .
  • 2 large eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450F & lightly butter four (4 oz.
  • Step #2 ) ramekins.
  • Step #3 Place butter & chocolate in a medium glass bowl; microwave on HIGH for about 2 mins, stirring twice, until butter & chocolate are melted.
  • Step #4 Add eggs, sugar & liqueur; beat with electric mixer until foamy.
  • Step #5 Beat in flour until just mixd.
  • Step #6 Pour equal amounts of batter into ramekins; bake for 8 to 10 mins or until set around the edges & soft in the middle.
  • Step #7 Let stand for 5 mins, then invert onto 4 small plates.
  • Step #8 Pour 2 Tablespoons liqueur around the edge of each, if you like.
