Step #2 In a 2-quart microwave dish, heat the maple syrup, uncovered, on full power for 5 mins.
Step #3 Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients except the raisins In a large-ish mixing bowl.
Step #4 When the syrup is ready, remove carefully from the microwave (it will be very hot) & pour the syrup over the cereal mix.
Step #5 Stir quickly to coat everything well.
Step #6 Cook the coated mixture in the microwave on full power for 3 mins.
Step #7 Remove & spread on two nonstick baking sheets to cool.
Step #8 When cool, carefully break up mixture if it is too sticky, place about one-third of the mixture at a time on a microwavable plate & heat at full power for 1 to 2 mins, cool & break up again.
Step #9 Stir in the raisins & store this in an air tight container.
