Coleslaw Fish-wich Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c carrots, sliced .
  • 1/8 tsp celery seeds .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 8 frozen fish sticks .
  • 2 tsps sugar .
  • 1/4 c green peppers, sliced .
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard .
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise .
  • 8 hotdog buns .
  • 1 tsp milk .
  • 3 c finely shredded cabbage .
  • 1/3 c celery, sliced .
  • 4 tsps vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Toss cabbage, green pepper & celery.
  • Step #2 Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar, milk, celery seed & mustard.
  • Step #3 Mix.
  • Step #4 Pour over cabbage.
  • Step #5 Cover up, put in the fridge.
  • Step #6 Drain very well.
  • Step #7 Cook fish sticks.
  • Step #8 Add slaw to bun.
  • Step #9 Add fish sticks on top of slaw.
