Step #1 In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate at HIGH for 1 min; stir & heat an extra 30 seconds at HIGH or until melted.
Step #2 Stir in peanut butter & peanuts.
Step #3 Remove & carefully stir in the Crispix cereal into chocolate mixture, until well coated.
Step #4 Place confectioners' sugar in 2-gallon storage bag.
Step #5 Add coated cereal to sugar & close bag.
Step #6 Gently toss cereal mixture until well coated.
Step #7 Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
