Greek Turkey Burger (low Fat!) Recipe

Ingredients
  • crushed red chili, to taste .
  • 1 lb 99% fat free lean ground turkey .
  • cooking spray .
  • 4 tbsps egg whites (Egg Beaters) .
  • 8 large green olives, sliced .
  • 3 tbsps reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled .
  • 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Form into 4 patties.
  • Step #3 Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray & heat over med-heat/flame for 1 min.
  • Step #4 Add the patties & cook this until done, about 4 mins each side, or until they reach 165 internal temperature.
