- 1 1/2 tsps dried basil .
- 1 tbsp lemon juice .
- 4 c cooked chicken breasts, cubed .
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder .
- 6 oz spaghetti, uncooked .
- 1 (11 oz) can low-fat cream of chicken soup .
- 1 (16 oz) package california-mix frozen vegetables .
- 1/2 tsp salt .
- 3 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated .
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Step #1 Cook spaghetti.
- Step #2 While spaghetti is cooking, garlic powder, mix soup, lemon juice, in a saucepan, basil, water, salt & pepper.
- Step #3 Stir in vegetables, bring to a boil.
- Step #4 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer 3-5 mins, until vegetables are tender.
- Step #5 Stir in chicken; heat through.
- Step #6 Drain spaghetti, add to chicken mixture & toss to coat.
- Step #7 Sprinkle top with Parmesan to serve.
