1/2 c pesto sauce mix (you can used more depending on your taste) .
1 bunch asparagus .
1 (1 lb) box penne pasta .
2 tbsps olive oil .
1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step #1 While entire box of penne past is boiling, prepare both pesto sauce mixes according to the packet directions & set sauce aside In a large-ish bowl.
Step #2 Steam asparagus & cut into 1-2 inch pieces, then add to pesto mixture.
Step #3 Toss in the package of sun-dried tomatoes into the pesto mix as well.
Step #4 Pan fry chicken breasts coated with 2 tbs.
Step #5 of olive oil, dusting lightly with garlic salt & Italian spices.
Step #6 After chicken is cooked through, cube it into bite sized pieces & add to the pesto mixture.
Step #7 Drain pasta & add to pesto mixture.
Step #8 Sprinkle top grated Parmesan on top while hot OR for a cold meal, chill meal in fridge & mix in half a c of cheese before serving.
