Sarah's Chicken Enchildas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2-4 c cheese, cheddar & mozzarella .
  • 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup .
  • 15 oz refried beans .
  • 2 tbsps onions, sliced .
  • 1 pint sour cream .
  • flour tortillas .
  • 2 lbs hamburger .
  • 7 oz green chilies

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown the hamburger; drain off fat, mix in chilis & refried beans.
  • Step #2 Heat & then set aside.
  • Step #3 Mix soup, sour cream & onion together, heat on medium heat until mixed throughly.
  • Step #4 Add enough of the soup mixture to lightly cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #5 Place a scoop of meat & scoop of soup mixture in each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Step #6 Place in baking dish.
  • Step #7 Repeat until dish is full.
  • Step #8 Pour remaining soup mixture on top & top that with the cheese.
  • Step #9 Bake at 300* for 30 mins.
