Homemade Oatmeal & Fruit Muesli Recipe

Ingredients
  • artificial sweetener, to taste (Sugar or substiture) .
  • 1 (20 oz) can fruit cocktail in light syrup (or pear juice) .
  • 2 c rolled oats or steel cut oats .
  • 1-2 c milk or soy milk or rice milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour Oats into medium size bowl (one that may be covered).
  • Step #2 Add undrained Fruit Cocktail.
  • Step #3 Mix together.
  • Step #4 Add enough Milk to cover entire mixture approximately 1/2 inch over the top.
  • Step #5 Mix well.
  • Step #6 Cover up & refridgerate overnight.
  • Step #7 Next morning: Add more milk or sweetener if you like, to taste.
  • Step #8 Mix well & serve.
  • Step #9 For Vegan use either the rice milk or the soy milk.
