Ingredients
  • 1/2-1 tsp cajun seasoning .
  • 1/4 c chicken broth, defatted .
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • 1/4 c green onions, sliced .
  • 6 tbsps hot pepper jelly .
  • 2 tbsps white vinegar

  • Step #1 Sprinkle top Cajun seasoning over chicken.
  • Step #2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-.
