Pork Chops Dijon - Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps bottled low-carb italian salad dressing (no sugar added) .
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil .
  • 4 pork loin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick .
  • 3 tbsps dijon-style mustard .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 medium onion, halved & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet, cook meat in hot oil over medium-high heat for 5 mins or just until brown, turning once.
  • Step #2 Remove meat from skillet.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl mix mustard, Italian dressing & pepper; set aside.
  • Step #4 Add onion to skillet.
  • Step #5 Cook & stir over med-heat/flame for 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Push onion aside; return meat to skillet.
  • Step #7 Spread mustard mixture over meat.
  • Step #8 Cover up & cook over medium-low heat for 10 mins or until done (160 degrees F) & juices run clear.
  • Step #9 Serve with onion over meat.
