Ingredients
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c Italian salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 c put in the fridged or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 c broccoli florets
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c cauliflowerets
  • 2 tbsps thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices

Directions
  • Step #1 Ina large saucepan, cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
  • Step #2 In a bowl, mix the tortellini, vegetables & garlic.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #4 Combine the salad dressing & hot pepper sauce; pour over salad & toss carefully.
  • Step #5 Cover & put in the fridge until serving.
