Southwest Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 1 tsp cumin .
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced .
  • 1 (4 oz) can canned sliced green chiles .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 1-2 tsp hot sauce, mild (Clancy's Fancy is my favorite) .
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain artichoke hearts & chop or break up with fingers.
  • Step #2 Add chiles, mayonaise, sour cream & garlic.
  • Step #3 Mix until mixed.
  • Step #4 Mix in spices & hot sauce, then 1 c of the cheese.
  • Step #5 Transfer to small casserole sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Step #6 Top with remainng cheese & bake 30-40 mins at 350 until cheese is melted & dip is heated through.
  • Step #7 Serve with tortilla chips.
