Step #3 Set on rimmed baking sheet or In a large-ish roasted pan.
Step #4 Place mustard, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper in a gallon-sized re-closable plastic bag, Lowry's seasoned salt, chili powder, or a pizza spice shaker container, allspice powder, & shake vigorously to mix well.
Step #5 Pour half seasoned rub mixture onto one side of the ribs & massage into flesh.
Step #6 Turn ribs over & pour the remaining rub mixture onto other side of ribs & massage into flesh.
Step #7 Cover up ribs fully with a large sheet of heavy duty tin foil wrap, rolling edges of foil wrap under & into baking sheet to make an air proof seal.
Step #8 I leave them in the frige overnight to merinate well.
Step #9 I don't know if this is what makes them so tender, but they are! Place in oven & cook for 3 hrs.
Step #10 Remove from oven, carefully unseal foil wrap - keep your hands & face a way from the hot steam.
Step #11 Heat grill to high.
Step #12 Place barbecue sauces, liquid smoke & cider vinegar into a medium-sized sauce pan, garlic, brown sugar, stir this to mix.
Step #13 Using a large pastry brush, baste generously with sauce.
Step #14 Place sauce over medium-high heat, bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium & cook for 5 mins.
Step #15 Remove from heat & set aside.
Step #16 Place ribs on grill & cook, about 4-6 mins a side, 8-12 mins total.
Step #17 Remove to a cutting board, cut into 2-3 rib portions, place on serving platter & serve this with remaining barbecue sauce on the side.
