Jackie's Macaroni And Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cheddar cheese soup .
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk .
  • 1/4 lb margarine, melted (1 stick) .
  • 1 tsp louisiana hot sauce or Crystal hot sauce (Not Tabasco) .
  • 1 lb macaroni .
  • 2 eggs, well beaten .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 (10 oz) can ro-tel sliced tomatoes with green chilies, puts a little Mexican twist to it (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Cook macaroni according to pkg.
  • Step #3 directions.
  • Step #4 Spray 9x13" pan with pam cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Mix macaroni, salt, milk, soups, hot sauce, eggs & melted margarine, & pour this into pan.
  • Step #6 It should be soupy when you pour it inches.
  • Step #7 Cook at 350, for approximately 1 hrs.
  • Step #8 Macaroni is done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
