Maple Pecan Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 c whipping cream .
  • 3/4 c pure maple syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 In medium-sized saucepan, mix 3/4 c pure maple syrup & 1 c (1/2pint) whipping cream; bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 Boil rapidly 15 to 20 mins or until thickened; stir every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Add 1/2 c sliced pecans.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill until served.
  • Step #5 Stir before serving.
